You should have strong commercial awareness, be client focused, with junior staff management skills and be able to influence others with an ability to manage change. You will also provide assistance to Director/Partners in both client work and in the management of the group and on occasions the practice. Will be involved in special assignments on an ad hoc basis. A key part of the role requires the individual to actively seek, and keep the Partner informed about, any new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.

You will support its growth and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for maintaining financial controls, supporting strategic planning, and leading a small finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in a similar Financial Controller or senior finance role.
