You will be based out of London working out of the office so must be based in or within commuting distance. Job is Monday to Friday in London with flexibility over the weekends

You will be responsible for:• Managing your own caseload• Drafting of legal documents including leases, transfers, deeds and licences.

You must be an organised Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer/Solicitor who can speak Mandarin/Cantonese and have excellent attention to detail, be IT literate, and have outstanding communication skills.

You will take full operational ownership of your allocated properties, ensuring they are safe, compliant, well-maintained and presented to the highest standard. The position requires a confident, proactive operator with strong knowledge of statutory compliance and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

You will have a clear understanding of how currency exposure affects your clients' business, and how our products and services help your clients mitigate these risks. Whether you have gained experience at one of our major competitors, or a smaller broker or white-label, you will be ready to excel, and willing to learn how Ballinger & Co.
