You will be responsible for developing the DENS Business Partnership Programme, building a pipeline of high-value prospects, increasing engagement, and influencing the involvement of local businesses to support DENS ambitious 5-year growth plans.
You will also provide assistance to Director/Partners in both client work and in the management of the group and on occasions the practice. Will be involved in special assignments on an ad hoc basis. A key part of the role requires the individual to actively seek, and keep the Partner informed about, any new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.
You will have a high regard for customer service and quality standards, and you will closely monitor the tracking of consignments worldwide via their centralised system, whilst ensuring that all internal departments, sister companies and service suppliers are adhering to customer expectations and contract requirements.
