You will be responsible for: Providing technical expertise on Extend solutions – you will be expected to be a technical expert by maintaining proficiency and certification in the Extend and Integrations solution suite. Managing new product development – you will manage all phases of new product development from POCs to production.

You will be trusted to ensure the health and well-being of residents by creating a safe and supportive environment that will enhance their quality of life.

You will ensure that all duties are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.

You will be required to cover reception on a rota basis at lunchtimes and during periods of annual leave, sickness or training sessions.

You will be proficient in Microsoft suite, with excellent organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skills.

You will act as a key point of contact between externalpanies and different departments within the business.

You will be responsible for minute taking at meetings / distributing actions accordingly and updating reporting software with daily information.

You willplete g eneral office duties including filing, updating, scanning, copying, email queries and answering phones.
