You will lead the coordination of all technical information, engineering details and working drawing packages, ensuring developments progress smoothly and secure all statutory and technical approvals.
You will be responsible for supporting and promoting safe working practices at Calder Stewart sites in the Canterbury region.
You will work with managers, clients, supervisors and sub-contractors to ensure that our company Health & Safety standards are met, and that all our employees and sub-contractors are kept safe at work.
You will also be kind and have a real genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve. Have a person-centred approach Must have administrations skills and will need to be able to update care planes with residents’ life histories.
