You will provide a healthy menu and meet dietary needs of young people, working in collaboration with Residential Staff, you will achieve this by: Cooking• Ensuring that you remain within the budgets set for provisions when buying in the shopping for the service.
You will work two shifts per week, from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, including alternate weekends.
You will also need to become amember of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice.
