You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive technical reports and presenting findings to facilitate informed decision-making regarding land use and sustainable infrastructure solutions. A thorough understanding of hydrological systems and geotechnical principles is required, alongside the ability to utilize advanced modeling software for predictive analysis.

You will also be responsible for: Maintaining high safety standards and effectively coach and challenge others to work safely Monitoring key process parameters, identify actions and define instructions to deal with deviations from targets. Conducting day to day and longer-term measurements and investigations to improve performance and optimise plant operations.

You will also have shared responsibility with other members of the sales team for regional field and non-regional general support, and the achievement of the overall agricultural sales and margin budgets.

You will have direct responsibility for the achievement of sales volume and profit budgets against nominated customer lists.

You will be based in either our Newcastle or Leeds office, but there will be a hybrid working model, including the opportunity for flexible working hours, allowing you to mix working from home or the office, together with visits to our project sites, client offices and our design partners offices.

You will cover North East England. Experience of BMS ideally.

You will have first class sales experience in a similar role, BMS background or similar a distinct advantage and you will possess: - Ability to analyse customer database and target audience to continually approach prospective customers in the right direction in the short and long-term
