You will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing health and safety procedures, and supervising site operatives. This role requires a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, with various employee benefits including a company vehicle and tech kit.

You will be expected to implement the Company SHE Policy and systems on all works for the contract, monitoring compliance aligning to Mears policies, procedures, systems and providing support to the operational teams where necessary.

You will be expected to meet set KPIs including completing a range of compliance audits to ensure each branch remains fully compliant.

You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, maintaining audit readiness and embedding a strong food safety and health & safety culture across the site.
