You will work closely with experienced panel wiring engineers to learn every stage of assembling BMS control panels - from layout and component installation to wiring, testing, and quality checks.
You will plan and execute production across multiple projects so that panels are built to specification, and on time; keeping the workshop organised and clean, maintaining records, and upholding quality standards. To ensure success, you will work closely with colleagues in design, procurement, production and test, to remove bottlenecks early.
