You will be responsible for:

You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction (RIBA stage 3) through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the MEP aspects of projects. A recognisable building services qualification is required. Experience of working on fit out and interiors projects in the £1m-£10m range is desirable.

You will initially be based between our offices in Warrington and our design partner offices in Woking with some flexibility for working from home during the design phase.

You will have 10+ years relevant experience preferably with a construction / energy / engineering background.
