You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, working 8 hour shifts.

You will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

You will support individuals who are using drugs and alcohol by providing structured, brief harm reduction interventions and other psychosocial and pharmacotherapy interventions.

Current working pattern, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, following on from a new training induction / programme.

You will be responsible for leading the day to day commercial aspects of a new build residential development reporting to a Managing QS. The role will be based between the office and sites in Somerset and you will be able to manage your own diary.

You will have solid experience with either a national or regional house builder, or a residential focused main contractor

You will have already worked in Retail, have very high visual merchandising standards and maybe as a Store Manager or are an experienced Supervisor looking for your next step.

You will be responsible for the coordination of workflow, managing inventory levels and optimising processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

You will have a clear vision for best practice, a focus on making sustainable change in the pursuit of efficiency, quality and safety.
