You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. It is a practical hands-on leadership role that blends civil engineering understanding and knowledge, with strong project management skills, and a passion and commitment to delivering high-quality, functional outdoor spaces.
You will be responsible for managing the performance of the contracts you are responsible for ensuring that under performance is addressed and formal improvement actions are developed and monitored.
You will manage contract schedules, ensuring that dates for review meetings, completion of contract documents and key milestones are achieved.
You will have solid experience in MS 365 and facilities management work flow management systems.
You will hold a NVQ level 4 / HND or above in a construction or engineering-related field as well as a CSCS card, a full UK driving license and a safety management qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.
You will take individual responsibility for a range of project types, manage them independently and be the clients main point of contact.
You will lead independently and proactively on technical aspects including preparing designs, specification, technical approval submissions, site supervision and will be fully conversant with industry design standards.
You will guide design development, ensure engineering quality and compliance, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support integration with airport operations and adjacent infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and technically robust solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
