You will oversee projects from pre-start through to handover, managing site teams, subcontractors, programmes, costs, quality and client relationships. Key Responsibilities - Overall delivery of multiple residential projects - Programme and cost control - Management of Site staff and subcontractors

You will support the coordination of reactive maintenance and PPM activities across a busy contract portfolio, ensuring smooth workflow between engineers, subcontractors and clients.

You will be required to create build programmes, oversee the progress of construction on 4-5 sites and ensure that the company quality standards are met.

You will have a relevant construction, trade or professional qualification such as HNC/HND in building, construction related degree, NHBC Accreditation programme or similar.

You should have excellent communication skills, experience in all the main materials and be able to run projects and face clients. They are a friendly and versatile practice who work on all kinds of buildings projects. The work is hugely varied, which means you never get bored and that you develop skills in all aspects of engineering and design.
