You will coordinate trades teams, organise daily activities, and act as the main point of contact for residents, clients, and colleagues. The position requires a calm, people‑focused approach, as you'll regularly support vulnerable occupants and manage sensitive situations.

You will carry out site inspections, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records to keep projects on track.

You will manage the safe movement of vessels within the harbour limits and ensure documentation and certification is in line with the Port Marine Safety Code.

You will be 'On Call' for emergency response when required. STCW II/2 Master/Chief Mate 3000gt or more, Certificate of Competence or equivalent with extensive pilotage experience.
