You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender lifecycle, ensuring functional excellence, and building robust relationships with key stakeholders across FM, Security, and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) teams.

You should hold (or be working towards) CIPS or RICS qualifications or have equivalent significant vocational experience.

You will work closely with internal design teams, clients, consultants, manufacturers, and site teams to ensure buildable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions are delivered. This role would suit an experienced designer or former draughtsman looking to progress into a senior, managerial position within a specialist contractor.

You will report directly into the Project Director and will also be supported in your role by a very experienced Construction Director, other Contracts Managers and the other Company Directors.
