You will be responsible for ensuring all HSE procedures are adhered to on site.
You will provide authoritative advice and guidance to managers to ensure best practice is promoted, to help ensure a safe working environment. As a main contractor they deliver new build projects from 2million up to around £18million, working on a variety of projects, apartments, housing, industrial and some education.
You will split your time between our Ormskirk office and regular site visits nationwide to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Project & Contract Management - Manage 2-3 concurrent retail fit-out projects, ensuring smooth delivery from pre-start to handover.
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, developing an in-depth understanding of customer IT and Network environments and their current and future challenges, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
