You will work closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure that installations are completed to the company's quality standards, and that timescales and key metrics are met. Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee workshop operations, liaise with suppliers, manage vehicle collections and deliveries, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently. You’ll also provide detailed accident estimates and financial reporting to support insurance claims, all while delivering excellent customer service.
