You will hold a small, time-limited caseload, offering tailored, systemic therapeutic support. This will include interventions, such as psycho-educative work with families, to help them understand the effects of trauma, and support to help them better manage trauma symptoms.

You will be instrumental in ensuring an effective and seamless transition, promoting independence, choice, and control for the people you support.
