You will join our Electronic Controllers team - a multidisciplinary group responsible for designing high integrity hardware that integrates with specialised software to meet stringent aerospace requirements.

You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Supervisor based in Yeovil and support the REACH Obsolescence Programme by providing intermediate-level Configuration Management support. This role has day-to-day responsibility for configuration activities that impact wider engineering and customer teams.

You will provide evidence based assurance that we are compliant to our procedures, our procedures are effective and they reflect industry best practice. Where this is not the case you will lead improvement activities, prioritised based on perceived risk. The role will require engagement with the customer, CAMO, technical, production and maintenance functions.

You will deliver all professional engineering matters, bounded by the scope of Military Regulation Publication (MRP) Part Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), Military Aviation Authority (MAA) MRP Part and Regulatory Article (RA) 1, to achieve the contractual requirements successfully and safely.
