You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring services are fully embedded within local health, community, and employment systems.

You will play a key role in driving employer engagement, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred employment support that leads to sustained paid work.

You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing and/or installing refrigerated, chilled water and unvented hot water HVAC systems. As this is both in the field and working from different regional offices, you must be IT literate and have excellent organisational and communication skills in order to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

You will need to establish positive working relationships with faculty staff, ensuring visibility and presence within the faculty, as well as developing an excellent knowledge of faculty expertise and assets.

You will work closely with the Associate Dean Research and Knowledge Exchange to plan, deliver and evaluate R&E activities.

You will lead shifts, support staff practice, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and consistent care in line with regulatory and organisational standards.

You will manage medications, conduct regular assessments, oversee chronic condition management and support the client during clinic visits and travel, including time spent on a private yacht. Clinical calm, discretion and consistent documentation are essential to ensure safe, continuous care.
