You will be helping with all aspects of the clients life including taking out for drives picking up and dropping off at school, self-help skills, personal care, encouraging independence and helping the client have as much fun and life enrichment as possible.
You will play a key role in implementing strategies to manage behaviour, develop social skills, and foster independence, working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.
You will be taking over well-maintained patients from an established colleague. Thus, you will acquire an established list of patients with "significant" potential for private.
