You will be positively supporting people by providing holistic support including personal care, medication administration, integration into the local community and managing their anxieties, which they may communicate through distressing behaviour. No experience is necessary, so don't worry if you don't think you know enough about how to support adults with autism.
You must have previous experience of implementing a SaaS product and have experience of a full project life cycle i.
You must have experience working alongside project managers, solution architects and system and business analysts
You will be working towards a therapeutic goal focussed care plan that is aimed at promoting independence and you will have access to support through the new structure.
You will manage a caseload of Residents and properties in your allocated area. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support clients to comply with the requirements of their HDC/Bail conditions. Producing a realistic and achievable Support Plan to include accessing and using housing and accommodation services to support move on to longer term accommodation.
