You will have the class teachers, school SENCo and fellow support staff to lean on for help. About the SchoolThis is a friendly primary school based in Camden that in 2023 was graded Outstanding by Ofsted, this was an improvement on its previous inspection which was Good. You will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the site, taking responsibility for operations, team leadership, and client engagement. The successful candidate will be passionate about great service, operational excellence, and leading by example. Key Responsibilities
You will be representing the service provided by the Department, a high-level of customer focus is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will be expected to operate as the primary on-site IT representative in the absence of the Global IT Manager or during periods of remote support, ensuring continuity of service and timely resolution of technical issues.
You will be providing 1 to 1 support for young children with a range of special educational needs including developmental and communication needs. The role will include feeding support and personal care as well as supporting children to access play and learning activities and interact with other children.
You must be able to demonstrate experience with complex SEND including intimate care.
You will also be required to provide 2 professional references covering at least the last 2 years, and complete our online application followed by a video or face to face interview.
