You will assist in the development of an integrated approach to the delivery of patient care across the ‘whole system’ of health and social care, working in partnership with all relevant stakeholders.
You will be a registered nurse, paramedic, or other allied health professional, with a non-medical prescribing qualification in the context of a broad scope of practice.
You will be responsible for: - Conducting face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process. - Conducting remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom - Participating collaboratively in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians where needed
You will also have the opportunity to work for other clients in government and the private sector.
You will help set the vision for service design, ensuring that iterative processes lead to successful outcomes.
You will champion and facilitate collaboration across diverse multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of co-design and shared ownership of the design process.
You will be required to work autonomously performing diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower procedures, including TNE and Capsule Endoscopy, and with the opportunity to become a BCSP accredited colonoscopist.
You will also deliver practitioner led clinics for specific cohorts of patients.

You will have or be working toward a palliative care degree or equivalent Level 3 Health Degree and/or working towards being a prescriber.
