You will take the lead on high-risk Strategy Meetings on a rotational basis and support the Team Manager with key operational functions including referral “ragging”, allocations, and authorisation of Social Worker assessments.
You will be responsible for: - Conducting face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process. - Conducting remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom - Participating collaboratively in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians where needed
You will also need the ability to easily build trusting relationships with peers and stakeholders and to act as an ambassador for NWSSP, as well as the ability to inspire, engage and empower the clinical workforce across a range of medical specialties. Finally, you will need to be passionate and people centred, embodying the values of NWSSP and NHS Wales.
