You will be an experienced professional with a strong background in Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiescertification is a plus. With a proven track record of delivering tangible, sustainable improvements, you bring valuable operational experience as a CI Technician, CI Coach, or Team Leader.
You will be based on‐site 5 days per week. Company Benefits Competitive salary – accredited Living Wage employer 33 days holiday per year, including bank holidays (which are considered a normal working day) Option to purchase up to 5 additional days holiday per year Discretionary annual bonus scheme
You will also take full ownership of projects from concept through to handover, delivering them on time, within budget, and to the required specifications, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality compliance. Implement the existing Refresco Continuous Improvement Methodology.
