You will have the opportunity to get involved in concept surface & sub‐surface vessel design, complex engineering design & analysis tasks, the creation of new & innovative tools & processes, the delivery of engineering consultancy services, and the development of decarbonisation solutions & other emerging technologies across a wide range of global maritime programmes.

You will arrange and oversee production trials, ensuring processes are robust, repeatable, and compliant with food safety requirements.

You will coordinate trial follow-ups, product sampling, and lessons learned, and work closely with Technical and Production teams to develop product specifications and support accurate set-up within the business ERP system.

You should have some experience inroot cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, Pareto. Were looking for someone who is methodical, self-motivated, and confident in managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

You should be a strong communicator, capable of building relationships across teams and sites, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
