You will be responsible for ensuring that "continuous improvement" isn't just a phrase, but a daily reality for all our teams.

You will be responsible for driving the improvement of site-wide KPIs.

You will set the Wiltech CI Policy, ensuring it is fully aligned with the wider Rehlko group standards.

You will play a pivotal role in enabling UPOWA's scale-up journey and supporting the UK's net zero targets through operational excellence, strategic resilience, and embedded innovation.

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to play a key role in developing and delivering a strategically important project for UPOWA and be able to manage stakeholder expectations.
