You will work closely with senior leaders, engineers, and operational teams to simplify processes, improve performance, and build capability - ensuring continuous improvement becomes part of the everyday culture, not just a project.

You will be responsible for undertaking internal audit and assurance activities, and for supporting services to deliver quality improvement initiatives in line with Hft’s Quality Assurance Framework.

You will provide services with appropriate advice and support, and work closely with various management teams to develop and improve best practice across services.

You should have previous experience working within a similar capacity – Process improvement engineer, reliability engineer, continuous improvement engineer, or project engineer (Maintenance bias).

You will also be joining a group who have ambitious plans to keep growing in a market they already excel in.

You will be supporting in-build and future programmes. We are currently looking for talented analysts to join the Signature Group within Technology in Rolls-Royce Submarines.

You will have a degree, or equivalent, in an engineering or related technical discipline with previous experience in a manufacturing engineering and/or process engineering background
