You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.

You will be required to liaise with Project Managers, technical team, offshore and third parties to ensure any changes meet solution and user requirements. The role will require you to work independently and within a project team and to report progress at regular intervals to Test Manager or Lead Tester.

You should be confident working with data tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL, and able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You must be in a position to start the role by 19th December 2025 at the latest due to apprenticeship provider deadlines.

You will work across all phases of education (nursery, primary, secondary and post 16) as well as with SEND data.

You will use SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other tools to create actionable insights to support the education service in the duties.

You will interpret data and use it to tell a story.

You will track and analyse billing and dispute activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards. Desirable Skills & Knowledge Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
