You will support the development of Voice of the Customer (VoC) capabilities, help run web tagging, heatmap analytics and A/B testing tools, and provide recommendations that contribute to operational efficiency and better customer engagement. - Gather and interpret data from multiple sources (web analytics, heatmaps, surveys, VoC, interaction analytics, operational metrics).
