You will be comfortable using data to support the development of improvement projects and have previous experience and knowledge of CI tools and methodology. Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator responsibilities include: * Leading LEAN Initiatives: Present, facilitate, support, and lead assigned LEAN improvement events and activities.

You will be based in my client's Glasgow office, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class engineering solutions.
You will be a confident technical leader with strong experience in UK transmission and distribution substation design, combined with excellent communication and people management skills.
You should be committed to promoting service users independence, rights, choice, individuality and be available to work one of our shift rosters. The successful candidate will ideally hold a SVQ in Social Care Level 2 or 3 or a HNC in Social Care or be willing to work towards gaining these qualifications.
You will support a wide range of HR activities including employee lifecycle administration, recruitment coordination, HR systems management, and policy support, while contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, hybrid role with occasional travel required, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
