You will assist in the development of an integrated approach to the delivery of patient care across the ‘whole system’ of health and social care, working in partnership with all relevant stakeholders.
You will be a registered nurse, paramedic, or other allied health professional, with a non-medical prescribing qualification in the context of a broad scope of practice.
You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. - Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required. - You’ll need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
