You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. You will grow the use of our AI and automation technology in Europe and the UK. With the full support of software developers, data scientists, and technical support staff, this is a player-coach sales role initially which means we expect you to help build and implement the next generation of our go-to-market plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
You will be focused on the following tasks:
You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.
You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.
You will work closely with product and technology teams to translate regulatory requirements into structured, automated logic that drives an advanced compliance platform.
