You will take ownership of a varied mentoring caseload, including: - Creating positive, trusting mentoring relationships that inspire change. - Guiding and coaching individuals through their personal goals and challenges. - Supporting behaviour change through encouragement, motivation, and regular structured contact.
You should be proactive, a team player, and comfortable mentoring younger vets. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential, along with the ability to teach and perform first opinion procedures confidently.
You will help provide essential support to young people in care, assisting them with daily activities, appointments, and behavioural management, all while creating a positive and nurturing home environment.
