You will be responsible for receiving, logging, and allocating referrals into the appropriate service lines as per agreed upon standard operating procedures and in line with Contact Centre Protocols.

You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries and issues reported through the Service Centre helpdesk, working closely with multiple Departments to ensure efficient and effective Service Delivery. Responsibilities Overseeing maintenance operations by monitoring, prioritising, and optimising service and maintenance requests and proactively updating customers on progress.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.
