You will play an active role in supporting clinical governance processes and contribute towards the successful development of the service.

You will also be required to take part in the On Call Consultant rota.

You will act as the Responsible Clinician / Consultant Psychiatrist for inpatients at the service.

You will have CCT/specialist expertise in Learning Disability or Forensic psychiatry and experience of working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.

You will be joining an established multidisciplinary team and wider network of Consultants in Elysium.

You will operationally manage services within agreed standards and targets, administer the Mental Health Act, and uphold clinical policy and standards.

You will share responsibility with the GP for medical services, oversee 24-hour inpatient care, and supervise medical staff, providing professional and personal support.

You will act as a Consultant / Responsible Clinician for patients in this setting.

You will have CCT in General Adult or Forensic psychiatry and experience of working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.

You will be part of an environment that specialises in providing rehabilitation utilising positive behavioural support principles and empowering service users in their recovery.

You will work in a service that delivers evidence-based, individualised treatment programmes designed to meet each young person’s unique needs.

You will lead risk assessments, oversee physical health evaluations, and provide clinical leadership, supervision, and reflective practice for key workers within the team.
