You must be able to interpret blueprints and specifications accurately. Selecting, measuring, cutting and joining appropriate materials.

You must have previous experience as a MIG welder in an engineering environment.

You must be able to carry out elements of manual handling. Other ad-hoc duties as prescribes by manager will be required.

You will be responsible for MIG welding and fabrication work, primarily using mild steel plate ranging from 10-15mm, ensuring all work is completed accurately to engineering drawings and meets the company's high-quality standards.

You must have current UK right to work to be considered.

You will need to work with stakeholders to produce cost estimates, tender documentation and overcome engineering challenges whilst ensuring all areas are compliant, delivered on time and within budget.

You will need to be looking to take your career to the next level with superb training and the chance to progress into management.

You must be able to read from technical drawings & then fabricate independently. As a welder you will be expected to work with mild & stainless steel on various thicknesses ranging from 5mm - 20mm.
