You will ideally have up to date knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and building legislation, especially NHBC requirements, with experience of working within a trade background.
You will have excellent knowledge of NHBC requirements, Building Regulations and an understanding of structural principles. Knowledge of road and sewer construction and of good trade practice is essential.
You will also have good knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and of environmental regulations.
