You will work closely with quality technicians and the management team, gaining hands-on experience in quality assurance and testing while being supported with structured training and clear career development. You will be responsible for overseeing works on site, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As the work is primarily carried out within occupied homes, the successful candidate must have excellent people skills, a professional manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents at all times.

You will coordinate trades teams, organise daily activities, and act as the main point of contact for residents, clients, and colleagues. The position requires a calm, people-focused approach, as you'll regularly support vulnerable occupants and manage sensitive situations.

You will carry out site inspections, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records to keep projects on track.

You will play a key role in commercial growth by overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, maintaining project plans, and monitoring budgets, progress and timelines to ensure successful completion.
