You will act as Fidra’s operational SHEQ authority, joining during construction to prepare the site for operations and ensuring that safety expectations established early are sustained. This is a hands-on, high-influence role focused on how safety actually works on site — not how it looks in a policy folder.
You will audit against the health and safety policy, relevant legislation, and best practice within the industry.
You will be responsible for producing reports and assisting the site teams to close out any actions that have arisen in a timely manner.
You will support the Group Head of Health & Safety with any projects which contribute to the overall departmental aims and objectives.
You will effectively help to control and learn about all site-based activities in line with specific development requirements, company policies and procedures. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards a higher Level 4 apprenticeship to further develop your skills and knowledge.
