You will be responsible for delivering projects from cradle to grave, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. --------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages and of varying complexity and value (£50k-£400k, occasionally up to £1M).

You will be provided with access to a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam. This qualification will set you on a route to becoming a Chartered Project Professional with additional study and experience.

You will have direct responsibility of all site staff, ensuring they are motivated and able to complete the task at hand. As a Project Manager, you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contract and its duration, have a clear understanding of the client, project expectations and requirements and you’ll play a key role within their senior management team.

You will be a technically proficient and commercially astute MEP professional with a strong background in design and pre-construction leadership. You’ll have a proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality design outcomes within time and budget constraints.
