You will work closely with internal design teams, clients, consultants, manufacturers, and site teams to ensure buildable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions are delivered. This role would suit an experienced designer or former draughtsman looking to progress into a senior, managerial position within a specialist contractor.
You will lead client engagements, manage project lifecycles from feasibility through to completion, and support strategic business development initiatives.
You will also be responsible for two direct reports, with the opportunity to mentor and develop junior talent within the team.
You will also be working with external clients, co ordinating building regulations and accessing risks attached to land purchases. As an experience Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery but more specifically within the pre-construction of a project.
You will be experienced in pre-construction, programming, and planning of projects prior to being on site.
