You will have responsibility for the execution of projects with potential values between £50k to £15m, across various Rolls-Royce sites in Bristol.

You will support, manage, mentor and develop your team as they typically look after design management on 1-3 projects each.

You will ensure a culture of continuous improvement through communication, sharing of knowledge, experience, challenges and their resolution.

You will be able to support and step in where necessary, plus empower and encourage, build mutual trust and respect with your team.
