You will play a key role in the setup and delivery of our upcoming social housing slate. You aren't just processing orders; you are managing the lifecycle of the build, from sourcing bricks to managing fleet requirements.

You must have relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the housebuilding or construction sector.

You will identify, source, and build strong working relationships with reliable suppliers, creating and maintaining a robust database of preferred vendors while ensuring key relationships are effectively managed.

You will also be expected to undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager heading up D&B delivery within Criterion Developments.

You will need to manage comprehensive project plans, outlining scopes, objectives, programme, resources, and budgets. Manage and deliver office-to-hotel conversion projects, ensuring that each project adheres to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
