You will manage construction site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and develop team capabilities while fostering a strong commitment to health and safety. The position requires strong communication skills and commercial construction experience, particularly in NEC contracting.

You will liaise with clients, project teams, and the management team, ensuring all submissions are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.

You will be in succession for a Senior Engineer role and will benefit from a mentor engineer you will be shadowing. This role offers hands-on exposure to critical infrastructure projects, working closely with Sales, Project, and Maintenance teams, as well as third-party contractors and clients.

You will also be responsible for identifying repair work required. Liaison with customers on site to discuss on-going works and further services of the Company. Completion of all works paperwork and submission in a timely manner to divisional staff. Liaison with Line manager / office staff regarding all works and recommending improvements of possible opportunities.
