You will manage construction site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and develop team capabilities while fostering a strong commitment to health and safety. The position requires strong communication skills and commercial construction experience, particularly in NEC contracting.
You will identify, source, and build strong working relationships with reliable suppliers, creating and maintaining a robust database of preferred vendors while ensuring key relationships are effectively managed.
You will also be expected to undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.
You will liaise with clients, project teams, and the management team, ensuring all submissions are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.
You will be in succession for a Senior Engineer role and will benefit from a mentor engineer you will be shadowing. This role offers hands-on exposure to critical infrastructure projects, working closely with Sales, Project, and Maintenance teams, as well as third-party contractors and clients.
