You will lead teams of engineers, site management, and subcontractors, ensuring that engineering, design coordination, and construction activities are fully aligned with programme, budget, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the cost effective and timely purchasing of all materials that are required for our award winning developments.
You will also develop working relationships with external stakeholders such as all material suppliers and external consultants.
You must also have a valid UK driver’s license.
You will be responsible for the administration of all customer service responsibilities, building relationships with all key clients to ensure a continuation of great service, and keeping in touch with engineers for all scheduled works.
You should be comfortable working directly with clients, building strong relationships, and collaborating with other trades on-site. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding results are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
You will join a bespoke team and have the chance to manage projects, develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients and grow the team.
You will also be expected to; -Complete 2D and 3D models, perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection using relevant software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, HAP, IES, Open Buildings or Elite).
You will be a vital part of this evolution, contributing your expertise to our strategy and helping us redefine what services we offer our clients.
You will ensure buildings are designed to minimise fire risks, through contributing to the development of fire strategy reports, calculations and fire risk assessments.
