You will represent the SSEN Transmission business on-site, being the keypoint of contact for the project.
You will be capable of challenging others, resolving conflicts and planning site activities. - Understanding of NEC forms of contracts including previous experience fulfilling the role of NEC Supervisor.
You will be required on site 5 days per week, as well as attending regular meetings at the Hub office in Thurso, as required.
You will ensure site activities comply with planning consents and SHE legislation and ensure that the Contractor is providing sufficiently detailed weekly reporting as part of the project deliverables.
You will oversee the development of a 400kV substation, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses effective leadership skills and experience with NEC contracts. A full driving license is required for site travel.
