You will lead a team of electrical technicians working on 12/7 and 24/7 shift patterns and will be a technical specialist providing support to the site and projects teams for design, construction, assessing risk and improvement opportunities as well as assisting with trouble shooting and incident response.

You will be responsible for ensuring clear communication, managing resident expectations, and providing a consistently high level of customer service throughout planned works. This role would suit an organised, proactive, and resilient individual with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and experience working within the public housing sector.

You will be responsible for providing support and advice on all aspects of health, safety, wellbeing and environmental management, developing documentation, meeting legal, regulatory and company standards and helping deliver a culture of continual improvement.
