You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).

You should also have extended relevant experience, preferably within the gas, electric heating, and renewables sector.

You will serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, project stakeholders, and engineering teams, ensuring that construction activities adhere to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Oversee on-site construction to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. In conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team, you will also support the commercial management of civil subcontractors.

You will work closely with project teams, designers and stakeholders, influencing decisions that directly impact successful project delivery.
